Thareja does not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, completeness, or appropriateness of any AI-generated content.
2.2 You must review, verify, and assume full responsibility for all AI-generated content before publishing, distributing, relying on, or taking action based on it.
2.3 AI-generated content is not a substitute for professional advice of any kind, including but not limited to legal, medical, financial, tax, real estate, engineering, or mental health advice. Always consult a qualified professional for decisions in these areas.
2.4 Thareja does not endorse, adopt, or assume responsibility for any AI-generated content. The generation of content by our AI systems does not constitute an endorsement of, or agreement with, the views, claims, or information contained in that content.
3. Third-Party AI Models Disclaimer
3.1 AI Assistant provides access to AI models developed and operated by third-party providers, including but not limited to OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Meta, and others. Thareja does not develop, train, own, or control these models.
3.2 Thareja is not responsible for the outputs, biases, limitations, errors, or behaviors of any third-party AI model. The availability, capabilities, and performance of third-party models may change without notice due to actions taken by the model providers.
3.3 Your use of third-party AI models through AI Assistant is also subject to the terms, policies, and acceptable use restrictions of the respective model providers. It is your responsibility to review and comply with those terms.
3.4 Thareja does not guarantee continuous access to any specific third-party model and reserves the right to add or remove model availability at any time.
4. Magic Reel Video Disclaimer
4.1 AI-enhanced property photos, generated videos, and other visual content created through Magic Reel are produced using artificial intelligence for marketing and promotional purposes. They may not perfectly represent actual property conditions, features, dimensions, surroundings, or current state.
4.2 You are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all listing information, property details, and visual representations included in videos created through Magic Reel. Thareja does not verify the accuracy of uploaded photos, imported listing data, or the resulting video output.
4.3 Videos generated through Magic Reel should not be relied upon as a substitute for in-person property inspections, professional appraisals, or official property disclosures.
4.4 Listing data imported from third-party platforms (including Zillow, Realtor.com, and MLS systems) is provided by those platforms and may be incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate. Thareja does not verify, endorse, or guarantee the accuracy of any third-party listing data.
5. Magic Agent Chatbot Disclaimer
5.1 Chatbot operators who build and deploy chatbots through Magic Agent are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of the information their chatbots provide to end-users. Thareja provides the platform and tools but does not author, review, or control the content of individual chatbots.
5.2 End-user interactions with chatbots built on Magic Agent are not guaranteed to produce accurate, complete, or reliable information. Thareja is not responsible for any actions taken, decisions made, or losses incurred based on chatbot responses.
5.3 Chatbot operators are responsible for ensuring their chatbots comply with all applicable laws and regulations in the jurisdictions where they are deployed, including but not limited to consumer protection, data privacy, and truth-in-advertising requirements.

6.1 Time tracking data, productivity analytics, screenshot monitoring, GPS location data, and application/URL usage reports generated through Thareja Work are provided as tools to support workforce management. They are intended to serve as proof of work and operational analytics, not as definitive legal evidence or exhaustive records of employee activity.
6.2 Analytics and reports may be affected by technical factors including internet connectivity, device settings, software conflicts, or user configuration. Thareja does not guarantee the absolute accuracy or completeness of tracked data.
6.3 Employers using Thareja Work are responsible for complying with all applicable labor laws, employee monitoring regulations, and privacy requirements in their jurisdictions.

Nothing provided through any Thareja service constitutes professional legal, financial, tax, medical, real estate, or other specialized advice. Information and outputs provided through our services are for general informational and productivity purposes only. 8. User-Generated Content
8.1 Thareja does not endorse, verify, or assume responsibility for any content created, uploaded, or shared by users through our platforms, including but not limited to chatbot configurations, video content, time tracking entries, project data, and chat interactions.
