I’m Dhiraj Thareja. For decades, I ran Thareja Inc., a consulting business that connected brilliant global talent with clients of every size. Long before remote work became normal, we were already building distributed teams of developers, designers, project managers, and strategists who delivered exceptional work from anywhere.

During my work with the United Nations on Project Umoja, something became clear: global talent was not just a smarter way to work. It was more human, sustainable, and impactful.

Seeing how this aligned with the UN Sustainable Development Goals — especially decent work, reduced inequalities, and global partnerships — I realized we were part of something bigger.
