a. Device and Access Data

  • IP address, browser type, operating system, device model, and timestamps

  • Log data to detect platform abuse and optimize performance

b. Profile and Usage Data for AI and Presentation

  • We may capture user photos, face ID stills, or create thumbnails to present professionally curated worker profiles to clients (only with consent).

  • Aggregated or anonymized usage data may be used to improve internal tools, analytics, and performance models.

c. AI and Third-Party Processing

  • Time logs, interview recordings, transcripts, and similar data may be processed using secure AI or transcription tools (e.g., OpenAI) for the purpose of improving evaluations, analytics, or matching. Third-party providers are contractually obligated to keep your data secure. We collect the following types of data from Workers and Clients who use the Thareja AI platform:

a. Device and Access Data

  • IP address, browser type, operating system, device model, and timestamps

  • Keyboard activity levels (not key logging — we do not store actual keystrokes or typed content)

  • Network usage statistics

  • Applications and websites used during tracked time

  • Location data (collected during work hours only)

  • Face ID check-ins (when requested by clients)

2. Why We Collect This Data We collect data solely to provide:

  • Proof of work

  • Time tracking and productivity analytics

  • Client and Worker transparency

  • Dispute prevention and resolution

  • Enhanced trust and accountability between all parties

3. How We Use Your Information :

We process your information based on

  • Our contractual obligations with Clients and Workers

  • Our legitimate interest in ensuring platform security, transparency, and performance

4. Who We Share Your Data With We use PCI-compliant third-party providers for payment processing. Thareja AI does not store sensitive billing data such as full credit card numbers or CVVs.

6. Data Retention We retain work-related data for as long as necessary to support auditability, billing, and compliance with client contracts and local laws. Non-essential data may be anonymized or deleted upon request.
