This Acceptable Use Policy ("Policy") outlines prohibited activities and usage standards for users of the Thareja AI platform operated by Thareja Technologies Inc. (“Thareja AI,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). This Policy is designed to protect our users, clients, contractors, and systems and ensure transparency and trust.

By using Thareja AI, you agree to comply with this Policy.

1. Prohibited Uses  You may not use the Thareja AI platform to:

• Engage in illegal activities or violate applicable laws or regulations

• Harass, abuse, harm, threaten, defame, or impersonate others

• Transmit or store offensive, obscene, or sexually explicit content

• Distribute hate speech, violence, or discriminatory content

• Upload, transmit, or distribute malware, viruses, spyware, or any other malicious code

• Circumvent or disable platform security features or authentication mechanisms

2. System & Network Abuse You may not:

• Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of any system or network without authorization

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform or other user accounts

• Use any automated tools (bots, scrapers, crawlers) without written permission

• Tamper with, modify, or misuse the time tracking, screen recording, or activity analytics tools

 3. Misuse of Platform Features  The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Misrepresenting work hours or falsifying time logs

• Manipulating face ID, keyboard, mouse, or network tracking features

• Uploading false, misleading, or plagiarized resumes or candidate data

• Employer of Record (EOR) setup and monthly service fees once initiated

• Submitting fake interviews or AI-generated identities to circumvent verification

4. Spam, Phishing, and Fraud You may not:

• Use the platform to send bulk unsolicited messages or spam

• Create fake accounts to defraud or deceive others

• Use Thareja AI for phishing, scam attempts, or to impersonate individuals or companies

5. Copyright & Intellectual Property Violations You may not:

• Upload, distribute, or use content you do not own or have explicit rights to

• Violate third-party intellectual property or privacy rights using our services

6. Advertising & Unapproved Commercial Use Unless explicitly permitted, you may not:

• Promote third-party products, services, or platforms within the Thareja AI ecosystem

• Use the platform to display or transmit ads, solicitations, or affiliate schemes

7. Enforcement Violations of this Policy may result in:

• Temporary or permanent suspension of your access

• Removal of infringing content

• Legal action in severe cases

• Disclosure to law enforcement if required

• Thareja AI reserves the right to investigate suspected violations and take action at its sole discretion.

8. Reporting Violations  If you witness or suspect any violation of this AUP, please report it to: legal@thareja.ai

9. Changes to This Policy  We may revise this Policy from time to time. Continued use of the platform signifies acceptance of the updated terms.

This policy is part of the Thareja AI Agreement as defined in our Terms of Use.
