Background
The United Nations (UN) was undertaking one of the largest SAP implementations globally, a highly complex and fragmented project requiring coordination among multiple stakeholders. Approach
Our team worked closely with the UN to design a solution that would address the project’s coordination and collaboration needs. We identified that Atlassian’s suite of tools, including Jira and Crowd, would be an ideal fit for managing the complexity of the SAP implementation.
We negotiated with Atlassian to procure free licenses, ensuring the UN could leverage the required technology without additional licensing costs. Additionally, we collaborated with AWS to establish a secure, private cloud infrastructure. This environment was designed to meet the UN’s stringent data security requirements while providing scalable computing resources to support the project.
